Product Information and Pricing

easyhubx Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. Should an error occur in product details, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify the mistake and cancel any orders placed on the basis of that incorrect information, at no expense to you. For goods subject to natural variation (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in size, weight, or appearance compared to the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for informational purposes only; easyhubx Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, chosen pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by easyhubx Store. We retain the discretion to decline or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of inventory shortages. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order thresholds and delivery charges may apply depending on your delivery zone and chosen time slot. For age-restricted goods (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal purchasing age for such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued photo ID will be required upon delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable replacement or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions during checkout.

Intellectual Property

All materials on easyhubx Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "easyhubx Store" name and branding — belong exclusively to easyhubx Store and are safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any easyhubx Store content without our explicit written consent. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of easyhubx Store's services shall first be submitted to easyhubx Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

easyhubx Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
